Tell Me What You Really Believe

One of my academic mentors, the late Ed Zajac, told me of being schooled at old Bell Labs on how to conduct yourself when being interviewed by the press. At that time, the idea of staying on topic was just becoming conventional wisdom. However, Ed Miliband, the Opposition (Labour) Leader in the U.K. has given "staying on topic" an entirely new dimensionality, if not singularity, in this now almost viral interview.
